Ownership & Confidentiality
Final deliverables belong to the client only after full payment. Both parties agree to keep all strategies, data, and business information confidential.

Liability & Termination
We do not guarantee specific results (rankings, leads, or sales). Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice, and all pending payments must be cleared.
